Fortified
From Editor-in-Chief Terrica Joy…
So long as you simply exist, you’re no real threat to the enemy. Begin to walk in purpose effecting change in your family, your circles, your city, and you’ll begin to see panicked forces of darkness launch assault after assault in a desperate effort to intimidate you back into silence.
Should this reality scare you? Absolutely not. In fact, it should only affirm and encourage you. When you understand who you are and what you are purposed to do in this life, you also understand attacks from the enemy are both inevitable and futile. No weapon formed against you can prosper (Isaiah 54:17), but you have to know your rights (the Word) to enforce them. You must be fortified, by definition, to be made strong, secure, and protected against attacks. How? I’m glad you asked.
In this issue, we’re exploring what it means to be Fortified—mind, body, and spirit. We’re sharing daily life-giving rhythms and rituals, nourishing beverages for morning and evening, and new tips for growing and gardening. He waits only on us, desiring to teach us the way of building our lives on the rock solid foundation of Jesus, secure and immovable.
