Everyn Saige can’t help but share a love of gardening with her momma, who happens to be our founder and editor, Terrica Joy. From infancy she’s been strapped to her momma’s chest tending pots of herbs and rows of flowers. These days she tends her own little patch of beauty and spends countless hours gathering baskets of wildflowers. She presses them for weeks in her collection of vintage books thrifted at her momma’s side from estate sales and flea markets, and together they arrange them beautifully in pressed glass frames. The most cherished part of the process is when complete, they join hands and pray over each and every piece–for the person and home where it will come to rest, a reminder of God’s beauty and goodness on display.
