My kids never tire of lifting the lid of the nesting boxes to behold an array of rainbow-colored eggs, and neither do I! Gathering basket in hand (or sometimes simply a cardigan with deep pockets), it’s a task that never gets old. Nature simply makes me marvel. The beauty of a freshly laid nest is entirely arresting. Not to mention it stirs the childhood nostalgia of egg hunts on Easter Sunday with the thrills of the hunt, fancy dresses, friends, family, and tangible celebration in the air! It’s pure joy.
